Mini doll hair clips

Hand crochet flower hair clips for most size dolls, I have used the 5 pence as a size indicator.  these are on my Etsy site shown on my home page at £4.50 for a set of 3, colours can be different if people want them. The picture with the wig is on a size 4 hairpiece.   P&P is £1.20 in the UK £2.20 elsewhere.  Hope you like :o)xx

Magazine cross stitch project

One of my Dolls house magazine cross stitch pieces xx  Photo from their Facebook page x

more books

Well 2 lovely books here and i would recommend them both.  The crochet one has some fab and easy designs and the BJD book was so good for a beginner like myself but it will also be an invaluable reference :o) x

Books

must stop buying books ! Nah x   The new one is great for basic stitches etc but the secondhand one 1936 is gold, not just for the amazing tuition as it covers every aspect including crochet, knitting, pattern making, how to use your sewing machine and much more but for its social history content £3 well spent

They are both good books but i would recommend the old one for any needlecraft enthusiast, this one cost me £3 as i mentioned but I checked it is available on Ebay from 99p plus post.  Mine is staying in my collection, love it :o) x

New Hobby

I am sure there are many of you who have seen Ball jointed dolls and many of you who have them but to me this has been a new find and I am hooked.

I have ordered my doll from Fairyland, she is a tiny Puki Puki doll, so she satisfies my miniature obsession as well as for the dolls.

It is killing me at the moment though as I have to wait 40 days for her to come.

Here is a picture from the Fairyland site, of course they all vary dues to different accessories.  She is sooooo cute :o)x

Really excited about her coming and look forward to making all her clothing and accessories both in crochet and fabric also I can indulge in a bit of jewellery making for her.

Garden Sampler

Here is my latest cross stitch design for this months Dolls House Magazine, hope you like :o)x

charity shop find

Well I have been looking for a vintage sewing machine for a while now but because of sewing becoming popular again and vintage being the fashion I have found it hard to find one in the price range I was looking for.  I love to scour the charity shops and last week I was lucky to find hidden in a corner this little gem.  It does need a bit of TLC but for £15 it was still a bargain. :o) x
